Wind TurbineObject Count: 3Polygon Count: 552 Edge Count: 1134 Vertex Count: 588 Modeled in Wings3D, this took me about an hour to make. Since it was the first thing I actually made in Wings3D, I was basically learning how the program worked as I was modeling. The green lines in the wireframe represent hard edges. I broke the turbine into 3 parts for simplicity as well as future animation for the propellers. Having the propellers separate from the motor casing separate from the tower will let me rotate the propellers as well as turn the casing to "adjust for wind movement" instead of being just stationary. |
