This was my first officially launched website through Tensioncore Design Studios. Not much information was given to me aside from the client wanting to "revamp" the website, as the original design was very out dated. | ||

My role in this project as the designer was to decide on a layout that would take information from the previous website and apply it to a newer updated version. I went to several different websites that sold watches to get a general idea of the kind of layout I'd be trying to create, and ended up with a very simplified website. I tried to incorporate a Barbados feel to it, so I have a gradient in the background as a sort of reverse sunset using the gold from the Barbados flag at the top. | ||
| The end result didn't exactly come out as I had designed it, but I actually think it works better this way. After I made a PSD mockup of the site, I passed it on to Nick Dodd who then developed and implemented the design, adding a couple of his own enhancements as he went. The end result is as you see now. |  | ||
